HE'S MISTER SNOW

So every holiday season I think about The Year Without a Santa Claus as I had seen it a few times over the years. I mainly only remembered Snow Miser and Heat Miser though since they're my favorite part lol Finally watched the show again a couple weeks ago and have been doodling this guy since.

Expect more art of him because I keep drawing him and listening to his and his brother's song on repeat.
